Questions and Answers
To help you enjoy your experience at the Walnut Tree in Chichester, here are the answers to some of the more common questions we get asked. If you have a question that is not covered, then please just ask.
Do we allow children in the Restaurant and Pub?
Children of any age are welcome during the day. In the evenings children must be 5 or over to eat in the restaurant and 14 or over in the Bar area. The Garden is of course, any age at anytime. High chairs are available but limited in number, they can be booked in advance. We would ask parents to ensure that their children do not run around in the eating areas (excluding the garden) as hot food is being served by our staff.
Do we have baby changing facilites?
Yes we do. Please ask one of our team if you need to use them.
Do we have disabled access?
Yes, the entrance is from the Garden side of the building where there is a permanent ramp. The toilets are not designed to disabled specification.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes in the bar and cottage area and the garden but not in the restaurant.
Do we have a car park?
Yes, for about 60 cars.
Do we have rooms?
No, but we can recommend local accommodation.
Who deals with the day to day running of our premises?
